  • Yes, of course! We are happy to set up any rentals from outside vendors: The Event Set Up Package & Day-of Coordinating Package both have flexibility for you to provide the rentals or for Daydream Event Co. to provide those services.

  • No, not at this moment. Eventually we would love to add this service to our portfolio.

  • Yes, we believe in the power behind a good service team. As the Day of Coordinator- I oversee the event set up, manage the overall event & guests experience. It takes a full team to service each guest table during the event with water, bussing serviceware, trash, along with food & beverage stations.

  • We don’t provide catering services - but we know some of the best.

    Event Set Up package has no parameters around food & beverage service.

    Day-of Coordinator package requires a licensed catering company to provide food, beverage, & bar services. We believe working with other service industry professionals helps create a seamless event.

  • We know some great bakers, we would be happy to connect you with them. Both packages offer Dessert Station Set Up with platters, serviceware, & decor.

  • I am happy to coordinate flower arrangements or centerpieces. I know many talented florists who offer the best. Both packages include setting up preassembled centerpieces.

    Large floral arrangements need to be placed by the vendor directly.

  • When needed- Yes! We do what is needed to get the job done and that sometimes means moving around tables & chairs to accomplish the goal. However, the full set up of tables & chairs do not fall within the responsibilities of Daydream Events. If the venue doesn't provide this service- then we work with our Rental Team who I work closely with that will provide the setup/breakdown for a small fee.

  • The Set up package includes set up only. As your Day of Coordinator- I do oversee all rentals and event clean up with the help of the catering team.

  • I am located in Salem & love traveling this beautiful state to cover the entire Willamette Valley and beyond. 3 hours + away from Salem will require hotel accommodations.

  • Absolutely- I would be honored to assist in multiple ways to create a seamless event. After you choose between the Event Set Up or Day of Coordinator Package- you can add Rentals, Bar Services & even Stationary & Signage depending on your overall needs.
